As shown in the video, first, strip the interior of the van, repaint it (optional), and buy foam to insulate the floor and sides of the van. To cut the foam to fit the van's dimensions, use cardboard as a template. Lay down plywood on the floor and then glue the actual flooring on top. Do the same for the walls; since they are curved, it's better to cut the foam into three sections, along with the plywood and wood. Then, work on the interior as seen in the video. Don't forget to create an opening at the top of the van to install a fan and set up a solar panel to provide the necessary power for the devices inside the van.
