Replacement of the swinging arm of the Citroen C3 FN.

In this video we see how, to replace the front suspension control arm of the Citroen C3, we lift the car on a lift and remove the wheel, unscrew the bolt next to the disc and place a hydraulic jack underneath it to support it. We unscrew the two nuts on the opposite side, remove them with a punch and, using a lever, we remove the control arm. We clean the mounting surfaces with a brush and spray. We insert the new control arm using a pry bar for centering, insert the new bolts and tighten them using a torque wrench set to 85Nm for the points on the frame and 50Nm for the ball joint. We apply copper paste on the nuts and hub, clean the disc, put the wheel back on and lower the car.
