In order to reset the Sensodrive gearbox of the Citroën C2, you will first need to recharge the car battery to the optimal charge percentage, as the malfunction may also be due to insufficient battery charge. Then you can connect a diagnostic tool to the OBD port of the vehicle, located under the steering column: this way you can communicate with the ECU and eliminate all errors related to the gearbox malfunction. By disconnecting the scanner, you can start the engine and check that everything is working correctly.
