In this video we see the solution of this youtuber to solve the long-standing problem of the opening roof of the Citroen C3 Pluriel, which is transformed from automatic to manual, thus solving all the troubles of this roof. Instead of pressing a button, the owner inserts a crank at a specific point on the roof, turning it clockwise to open the hood and counterclockwise to close it. There were also kits on the market for converting the roof to manual, but they are only used online so it is impossible to give purchasing instructions: however, they include cranks, supports to be fixed to the frame and instructions for connecting the cranks directly to the transmission shaft, completely bypassing the electric motor.
