You need to inflate the tyres until they reach the recommended pressure value to make the tyre pressure light on the Citroën C3 disappear: this value will be found in the vehicle's user and maintenance manual. Once the inflation is complete, navigate to the menu displayed on the instrument cluster to select the "Reset TPMS" option: when this option is selected, you can verify that the light will completely disappear from the instrument cluster.

You can finish the procedure by turning off the instrument cluster.
