To lower the rear seats in a Citroën Cactus, first ensure that the headrests are lowered or removed if necessary. Locate the levers or release buttons situated on the top of the rear seat, near the hinge or on the side of the seat. Pulling the lever or pressing the button will release the catch that keeps the seat in an upright position. Then, push the seat down until it rests on the boot floor. Ensure it is completely lowered and that the catches are correctly engaged in the lowered position. This operation can be performed for both the single backrest and the 60/40 split portion.
