It is a component that can be found widely online. We suggest using the code 1005004819156988 on AliExpress for the price of £2.43 plus £4.12 for shipping.

Carefully remove all pieces from the upholstery hole, then place the new bracket in the hole left by the damaged one. You can then refit the armrest in its place.
