To replace the bulb of the third brake light on a Citroen C3 Picasso, open the tailgate and locate the third brake light assembly, positioned high on the inside of the rear window. Remove the screws or clips that secure the bulb holder, taking care not to damage the plastic.

Extract the bulb holder from the compartment and remove the burnt-out bulb. Insert the new bulb of the same type, ensuring it is securely fitted in the bulb holder.

Reinsert the bulb holder into the support, screw or clip it back in place, and close the tailgate. Turn on the ignition and check that the third brake light functions correctly.
