Operation: When and how to replace the service belt on Citroen cars?

To find out when to replace the service belt, you must always look at the use and maintenance booklet, where it is written, but usually this maintenance is carried out when the vehicle reaches 120,000 km or after six years of use of the vehicle. After disconnecting the battery, lift the car and remove the right front wheel. Remove the fender by unscrewing all the bolts, as shown in the video. Once this is done you will have access to the service belt: slightly loosen the 12 mm bolt of the belt tensioner and the upper screw of the 14 mm support. With 10 and 12 wrenches lock the lock nut and loosen the nut of the belt tensioner, remove the belt and replace it. Proceed backwards for assembly.
