Replacing the Key Battery on Citroen Cars

Press the designated button to extend the key into the usable position. Now, using a small flathead screwdriver, unscrew the grey clip shown in the video, located on the side of the key fob. This will allow you to extract the holder containing the battery. It's that simple! Remove the exhausted battery and insert the new one you purchased, then reinsert the holder into the remote and screw the clip back in place. Check that the battery, which is a CR2025, is functioning correctly; it can be found in any hardware store or supermarket.
