Replacing the Fuel Pump on Citroen C3

Is the fuel pump of your car damaged? Let's see how to remove the pump from inside the tank of the C3. Disconnect the battery cables for safety, then remove the rear seat cushions of the car (unscrew the securing screws). Use a socket spanner to unscrew the securing screws of the metal cap (if present), remove it from its seat, and cover the perimeter with absorbent paper to catch any fluid leaks. Disconnect the power terminals and the liquid circulation hoses. Finally, extract the fuel pump from its seat along with the associated parts. Replace the damaged part with a new one of the same size.
