In this video, we see how to install the water pump on the Citroen C3 1.2: we can find the pump described in the video, for example, on E-bay with the code 388275368830 at a price of 39.09 euros, with free delivery. We remove the worn elastic cord, also cutting it, as the new belt is provided together with the new pump.

We remove the pump and the gasket - which are easily accessible from the engine compartment of the car - by removing the fixing bolt, and prepare the new pump, centering the gasket on the two centering pins. We clean the seating surface and then fix the pump by putting the fixing bolt back in place; we place the belt by putting it in place on the tensioner pulley and the job is done.
