How to Replace the Gear Knob on a Citroën C4 Picasso

To replace the gear knob on a Citroën C4 Picasso, you need to unclip the clips securing the chrome cover to the base of the leather gaiter. Once unclipped, lift the gaiter completely to access the retaining ring at the base of the knob. This will allow the gaiter to separate from the knob, which can then be pulled off simply by tugging it outward. Removing the knob will also allow you to extract the gaiter; both parts can now be replaced and installed, ensuring they function correctly.
