After purchasing the new filter suitable for your vehicle and gathering the necessary tools, you can proceed with the replacement. The first step is to locate the drain and then unscrew the cap to evacuate the diesel present in the tank. Next, loosen the clamps that secure the diesel pipes, taking care not to cause any tears. Once the filter is free, simply unscrew it by removing the screw on the side of the tank with a cross screwdriver. At this point, the filter will come off easily.
