It will be possible to adjust the handbrake of the Dacia Duster by levering with an object to detach the trim panel located at the rear of the handbrake itself: once this panel has been detached, it will be possible to locate the underlying handbrake mechanism. This can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the corresponding bolt: it will be necessary to tighten the bolt to make the handbrake firmer and loosen the bolt to make it softer. Once the adjustment is complete, the panel can be reinserted.
