To change the button battery in a Dacia Duster key, open it easily. Use a small screwdriver (a glasses screwdriver works well) to pry open the side of the key. When open, you'll see a CR2016 button battery inside, which costs a few pounds and can be found almost anywhere, even at the newsagent. Pay attention to how the old battery is positioned, as you need to insert the new one in the same orientation. Button batteries have polarity, and the positive side always goes on top. After replacing the battery, simply close the cover. The operation is complete.
