Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Dacia Sandero BS - Years 2008-2012

The cabin air filter is located just behind the central tunnel console, and you do not need to disassemble any dashboard elements to replace it. Access the cabin from the passenger side and reach the filter housing: the cover is an integral part of the filter itself. Grasp the plastic tab, release the cap, and slightly rotate the filter to extract it: the filter is flexible enough to be removed and then inserted without deforming. Once the old filter is removed, clean the housing and insert the new one, preferably one with activated carbon.
