How to Change the Cabin Air Filter in a Dacia Sandero

To change the cabin air filter on a second-generation Dacia Sandero, move to the passenger side and locate the filter housing in the lower area of the dashboard, near the centre console. It is not necessary to completely remove the glove compartment. Bend down into the footwell and find the narrow, vertical cover that closes the pollen filter housing. Unclip the catch and remove the cover, then grasp the old filter element and pull it out, bending it slightly if necessary to fit it through the available space. Clean the inside of the housing from dust and debris, then insert the new filter respecting the airflow direction indicated by the arrows. Push it fully into place and reattach the cover, ensuring it is securely fastened.
