To dismantle the engine block of the Derbi Senda 50, completely remove it from its housing by taking off the side panels and unscrewing all the screws that secure it to the respective supports. Once the engine is removed, loosen the screws that secure the two half casings to detach them and access the components inside.

You will need to widen the ring that secures the piston to its connecting rod, and you can also loosen the bolts that secure the clutch discs; this way, you can replace the necessary parts and reassemble the engine block.
