To dismantle the engine of the Derbi Senda 50, completely remove its protective covers, taking off the side panels and extracting it from its housing after disconnecting the connectors. Once the engine has been removed, unscrew the bolts that secure the two half casings to access the internal components. You will need to remove the ring that secures the piston to its connecting rod after removing the cylinder, and you can also loosen the bolts that secure the clutch. This will allow you to insert the new internal components and reassemble the engine in its place.
