How to dismantle the engine of the Derbi Senda 50?

To dismantle the engine of the Derbi Senda 50, completely remove its protective covers, taking off the side panels and extracting it from its housing after disconnecting the connectors. Once the engine has been removed, unscrew the bolts that secure the two half casings to access the internal components.

You will need to remove the ring that secures the piston to its connecting rod after removing the cylinder, and you can also loosen the bolts that secure the clutch. This will allow you to insert the new internal components and reassemble the engine in its place.

Vespa Immobiliser: How to Transfer the Chip from the Old Key

In the case shown in the video, the new keys are not recognised by the ECU: the Vespa starts but does not run (thus the immobiliser is active). The solution shown in the video involves locating the immobiliser chip in the old key (the one recognised by the ECU). Open the cover on the key (only red master keys or some blue ones), remove the chip (which is a small black cylinder or rectangle), insert it into the new key in place of the new one, and try to start. Now the key will work. If the master key is red, it will definitely work. If it is blue, it might work: you need to cut the silicone; this is possible but a delicate operation. If it is a black clone key, then it is a system that does not work.
