To remove the cylinder from the Derbi D50B engine block, first remove the spark plug and unscrew the bolts of the detachable head. Disconnect the temperature bulb cable to facilitate removal later. Then, you can remove the additional 4 bolts of the detachable head and also remove the cylinder head. At this point, it will be possible to slide out the cylinder, and by removing the circlip, you can also remove the piston. Once all parts have been removed, you can replace them with new parts and reassemble everything by performing the operations in reverse.
