Disassembly of the Derbi DRD 125 clutch

In this tutorial we will see the instructions to be able to disassemble and replace the clutch plates of a Derbi DRD 125. First let's drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine; then unscrew all the screws of the clutch side crankcase, using a socket wrench and remove the gear lever. At this point we disconnect our clutch cable, unscrewing the register, and remove the sleeve of the liquid of the water pump, making it drain; then unscrew the water pump casing screws and remove the clutch casing. We just have to remove the clutch plates and replace them!

How to replace the clutch on the Honda CRF 450R?

The replacement of the Honda CRF 450 clutch is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, so that it can be removed. After the crankcase has therefore been removed, it will be possible to access the components that are inside it: the discs that make up the clutch can all be removed after having unscrewed the bolts that secure them. Once the discs have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new ones, fixing them with the relative bolts and covering everything with the special cover previously removed.
