How do I replace the exterior mirror on the Dodge Journey?

In order to replace the exterior mirror of the Dodge Journey, you need to remove the triangular plastic cover located on the inside of the door. By removing this cover, it will be possible to loosen the screws underneath, also disconnecting the connector. This will allow you to remove the mirror, replacing it with a new one. This will then need to be positioned so that it is bolted and connected to its connector. After installation, it will be possible to cover everything with the special triangular plastic panel removed previously.
