To replace the external wing mirror on a Dodge Journey, detach the triangular plastic cover located on the inside of the door. Once this cover is removed, you can loosen the screws underneath and disconnect the connector. This will allow you to remove the mirror and replace it with a new one. Position the new mirror so that it can be secured with the bolts and connected to its connector. After installation, cover everything with the triangular plastic panel that was removed earlier.
