To replace the seatbelt on a Dodge Journey, detach the cover on the side of the seat, just below the lever for reclining the backrest. Once the cover is removed, loosen the bolts that secure the seatbelt at its lower part. Next, detach the cover of the door pillar so that you can unscrew the bolt of the seatbelt anchor located there. Finally, at the base of the pillar, extract the reel from its housing by loosening the corresponding bolt, allowing the seatbelt to be completely removed.
