To reset the uConnect system of the Dodge Caravan, turn the ignition key to switch on the instrument panel, ensuring that the display in the centre of the dashboard lights up. Then, press and hold the RADIO, MEDIA, and MENU buttons simultaneously: this will allow you to access the secret menu of the uConnect system.

Within this secret menu, various options will be present, including one that allows you to return to factory settings: selecting it will restart the system and restore all settings.
