To reset the uConnect system on the Dodge Durango, turn on the ignition by rotating the key and simultaneously press the buttons to increase and decrease the temperature. This will bring up the engineer's menu, where you can navigate and select the option "Reset to factory default". Confirm with "Yes" when the message appears, and you will be able to reset the device.

Once the reset is confirmed, wait about thirty seconds for all information to be cleared. Turning the ignition off and back on will allow you to verify that the reset has been successful.
