How do I remove the Dodge Journey gearbox?

In order to replace the Dodge Journey gearbox you need to open the hood, in order to loosen the screws located at the rear of the engine block: these can be removed in order to free the air duct, removing it completely. After removal, it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the gearbox to its housing; after disconnecting the connectors, the machine can be lifted in order to loosen the screws that also secure the transmission to the supports at the bottom. Therefore it will be possible to remove the old gearbox, replacing it with a new one.
