In order to replace the rear brake pads of the Ducati 999, you need to loosen the screws that secure the rear brake caliper to the corresponding disc, so that it can be completely detached: once the caliper is removed, it will be possible to remove the pin that locks the pads inside so that they can be removed in turn.
