How to Remove the Fuel Tank from a Ducati Monster 1200 S

To replace the fuel tank on the Ducati Monster 1200 S, you first need to loosen the screws securing the seat so that it can be completely removed. After removing the seat, unscrew the bolts that secure the tank itself: these are located directly under the handlebars and at the bottom of the tank, previously covered by the seat.

Once the tank is free, you can lift it and disconnect the connectors at its bottom; thus, the old tank can be removed and replaced with a new spare part.
