Let's start by freeing the right side fairing of our Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, simply by turning the key in the lock and then disengaging the fairing. By doing so, we will have reached the hook that fixes the saddle to the frame. We then proceed by going to pull this hook. Once we have pulled the hook, we will have freed the seat of our bike. At this point, there is nothing left to do but lift and disengage the front side of the saddle. By the time we have completed this last step, we will have successfully completed the disassembly.

How to remove the variator and the belt of the Piaggio MP3 400

In today's video tutorial we will see the instructions for disassembling and replacing the transmission belt and the variator of the Piaggio MP3 400 scooter, but also of the 500. First of all we put our scooter on the central stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the transmission casing; after which we unscrew the nut of the fan and the clutch bell, in order to remove the transmission belt and the variator, as shown in the video. At this point we replace the components with new ones, with original spare parts; we just have to reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure!
