In this tutorial, we can see how to replace the clutch on the Kawasaki ZX-6R, a simple and quick operation but requires good manual dexterity. First of all, we wait for the engine to be completely cold, then we unscrew each bolt fixing the clutch cover and remove it, being careful of oil leakage. Next, we unscrew the bolts of the springs following a star pattern, remove the plate, and then the various discs. At this point, we can insert the replacement parts and simply follow the reverse procedure to reassemble everything.

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
