In today's video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the clutch plates on the Kawasaki ZX-6R, following these simple steps. First of all, let's remove the side fairing, unscrewing the fixing screws; then we go to drain the engine oil, unscrewing the vent bolt that we find under the engine. At this point we unscrew all the fixing screws of the clutch carter; now we unscrew the screws of the clutch pack and extract, one by one, the discs. We just have to replace them with new ones, together with the springs, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!

How do you replace the clutch cable of the LML Star?

In order to replace the clutch cable of the LML Star you have to unscrew the screws that fix the front fairing of the bike, so that it can be removed: here it will be possible to find one of the ends of the cable, which will be connected to the relative lever. By unscrewing the bolt that connects the lever to the cable, it will be possible to detach the first end; the other end will be directly connected to the clutch. Once both ends have been disconnected, the cable can be pulled out and replaced with a new spare part.
