How to replace the clutch plates of the Kawasaki ZX 6R

Let's see in this guide the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the clutch plates of the Kawasaki ZX-6R. First of all we put our motorbike on the stand and we begin to disassemble and remove the right side fairing of the motorbike, thus accessing the engine and the transmission casing; we then unscrew the screws of the clutch cover to remove it, as shown in the video. At this point we unscrew the screws of the clutch pack, subsequently removing the discs; then we install the new clutch discs, alternating the cork discs with the metal ones and reassembling everything!

How do you replace the clutch cable of the LML Star?

In order to replace the clutch cable of the LML Star you have to unscrew the screws that fix the front fairing of the bike, so that it can be removed: here it will be possible to find one of the ends of the cable, which will be connected to the relative lever. By unscrewing the bolt that connects the lever to the cable, it will be possible to detach the first end; the other end will be directly connected to the clutch. Once both ends have been disconnected, the cable can be pulled out and replaced with a new spare part.
