Quick Installation of the Oil Sump

Model: Fiat Uno MK 1 - Years 1983-1995

Fitting the oil sump may seem like a complex and delicate operation, but it is actually a straightforward task that can be done without a mechanic, provided you have drained the used oil from the engine first. Apply a bead of black sealing paste around the perimeter of the sump before installing it to prevent any leaks, even though the supplied gasket should be of the correct thickness. Lift the vehicle and position yourself underneath the engine block. Take the sump and align it with the engine so that you can screw in all the bolts corresponding to their respective holes. Lower the vehicle and refill the engine block with new oil.

How to Reset the Central Locking of the Volkswagen Golf 4?

If the central locking system of the Volkswagen Golf 4 is not working, it is likely necessary to reset the system: to do this, open the driver's door and detach the side panel of the dashboard next to the steering wheel.
