To replace the key battery on a Fiat 500, follow these steps: take the remote and press the button to release the metal key. Once the metal key is out, use a screwdriver to unscrew the tiny screw located in the key cover (where the metal key fits). Remove the plastic battery holder, then replace it with a new one of the same size and voltage using a small screwdriver. Install the new battery in the compartment and finally in the cover. Check the remote's proper functioning by pressing the buttons.
