Do you want to replace the gear knob on your Fiat 500? Here’s how to proceed with the replacement. First, remove the plastic cover on the knob using a screwdriver, then, unscrew the gear knob with a socket or spanner (Allen key). Remove the leather gaiter from the edge of the centre console using a plastic lever.

To install, take the gaiter and slide it onto the rod in the centre console, then, fit the new knob and tighten it with the spanner. Finally, attach the plastic cover back onto the gear knob.
