You can replace the external mirror on the Fiat Ducato by prying with an object to detach the internal trim panel at the mirror location: once removed, you can loosen the screws underneath that secure the mirror from the inside. When the screws are removed, disconnect the corresponding connectors to insert the new mirror: this can now be secured with screws, ensuring everything is functioning.
