Let’s see how to replace the fuel filter on a Fiat Grande Punto and Punto Evo: before starting, clean the fuel line fittings well to prevent dirt from entering the system. Loosen the clip or support holding the filter in place. Pull the filter from its housing, remove the old o-ring, and replace it with a new one. If your model is equipped with a fuel pressure sensor, refit it onto the new filter, which can be found on auto-doc. It has EAN code 5902048186645 at a price of £17.99 + £9.95 for shipping. Secure the sensor support and position the new filter in the housing. Tighten the mounting clip to secure the filter. Once fitted, start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to check for leaks and ensure the system is pressurised correctly.
