How to Fix the Light Warning on a Fiat Idea

In this video, we will see how to resolve the light warning on a Fiat Idea: the light remains on even after replacing the bulb. The issue is not the bulb, but its incorrect orientation in the holder: the connector must be inserted correctly to close the circuit; if it is crooked or misaligned, the control unit detects an anomaly and turns on the light. Access from the boot, unscrew the two fixing screws from the inside, and remove the headlamp. The problematic bulb in this case is the stop light, which is misaligned in the holder: the two pins of the connector were not correctly aligned with the holes of the holder. Simply reinsert the bulb correctly. However, the control unit has memorised the error, but no specific tools are needed to clear it; turn off the car, remove the key from the ignition, then turn the ignition back on and press the brake pedal down 2 or 3 times. By doing this, if the fault is resolved, the light will turn off.
