Let's see how to change the cabin filter on a Fiat 500X. We are looking at a vehicle produced for the United Kingdom, so with right-hand drive. For vehicles driving in the EU, which have left-hand drive, we need to think in a mirrored way. The filter is still located on the passenger side, which will be the right side. Open the passenger door, empty the glove compartment: at the innermost part of the compartment, towards the door, you should see a rectangular plastic panel held by two or three clips. Remove them and take off the panel, as behind it you will find the cabin filter housing. Open the flap, remove the old filter, clean the housing of dust and debris, and insert the new one respecting the direction of the arrow (which should point towards the inside of the car). Refit everything in reverse order.
