How to Dismantle the Fiat Freemont Remote Control

Are you locked out of your car with a non-functioning remote control? Let’s see how to dismantle the remote and replace the battery. Take your remote control and release the metal key. Once extracted, use a lever to separate the two covers as shown in the video. Extract the worn battery from the housing (after separating the two halves of the covers), take a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the two plastic halves of the remote control cover; insert the metal key back into the cover. Check if the remote control works by pressing the buttons.
