Dismantling Front Strut on Fiat Panda 169

Loosen the front wheel bolts, raise the vehicle with a jack (a ramp is preferable if you have one) and remove the wheel. Unscrew all the bolts securing the shock absorber: first, clean it thoroughly with a wire brush and use some penetrating oil or similar products, as shown in the video. Now that you have extracted the shock absorber, position it on a workbench. Press down on the shock absorber to create space to unscrew the fastening bolt that connects the strut to the steering. Remove the bump stop and dust cover. Proceed in reverse for reassembly.
