Before you start, open the front door of your Fiat Punto. Begin by unscrewing and removing the Torx screws that secure the seat rails to the car. Next, unclip and remove the cover for the seat connectors, then disconnect the connectors themselves.

This will free the seat. Proceed to extract it from the cabin of your Fiat Punto.

Once you have completed this last step, you will have successfully removed the front seat of your Fiat Punto.
