First, remove the rear light; open the boot and take off the side cover; now unscrew the fixing screws at the back of the light and disconnect the electrical connector of the bulb to extract the light from the outside.

Next, unscrew the fixing screws of the bulb holder and separate it from the housing; access the bulbs, rotate them to remove and replace them!
