Removing the Centre Console on a Fiat Freemont

Model: Fiat Freemont MK 1 - Years 2011-2016

Remove the sequential gear knob by simply pulling it upwards. Lift the armrest and remove all the upper plastic of the centre console, also pulling it upwards (you may use a plastic wedge to help leverage in the gaps). While extracting the plastic, disconnect the connectors. Now remove the small cover inside the centre console, near the socket, and unscrew the four bolts present here. Disconnect the other two connectors, move them out of the way, and remove the centre console. Good luck and see you next time!

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
