Removing the Front Headlight on Fiat Ducato

Model: Fiat Ducato X290 - Years 2014-2026

Open the bonnet and disconnect the main connector from the affected headlight. Unscrew the T30 Torx bolt located above the bumper (towards the centre of the vehicle) and the one located near the headlight. At this point, you can simply remove the headlight by hand and place it comfortably on a workbench. Access the bulbs from the rear of the headlight: remove the round rubber cover of the affected bulb, lift the metal clip holding it in place, and pull it out. Pull the bulb to separate it from the base and fit a new one. Reverse the process for reassembly.
