How to Replace the Glow Plugs of the Fiat Panda

To replace the glow plugs of the Fiat Panda, after performing a diagnosis and scan, note that there is an error with the diesel injection (Before replacing, check which of the 4 glow plugs is burnt by connecting a bulb to a wire, attaching it to the tip of the glow plug and the clip to the positive terminal of the battery; if the bulb lights up, the wire is intact, while if it does not light up, the glow plug is burnt and needs to be replaced; it is advisable to change all 4). Start by opening the bonnet, disconnect the 2 pipes leading to the air filter and the turbo cover, disconnect the upper wires of the glow plugs, using a 9mm socket and various extensions to unscrew the 4 glow plugs and remove them. Once the 4 glow plugs are removed, take the new ones, apply grease to each glow plug, insert them into the appropriate holes, tighten them, reconnect the 2 previously removed pipes and the turbo cover. After this operation, go inside the car, clear the errors from the diagnostic program, start the car for a few seconds and ensure that the glow plug light is off; perform a new diagnostic scan to confirm that the error is resolved.
