How to Reset the Airbag Warning Light on a Fiat Punto?

Follow these steps to reset the airbag warning light. You will need to connect a PC to the OBDII diagnostic port located under the cover on the left side of the steering column beneath the dashboard (near the fuses). Once the PC with the Delphi diagnostic software is connected, select the vehicle model, year of manufacture, and the "airbag" system type, then start the diagnostics. Once the system returns the list of errors (in this case, intermittent airbag operation possibly due to a loose connection), proceed to clear the error, which will then disappear from the dashboard.
