How to Replace the Cabin Filter on the Fiat Tipo 1.4 16v

To change the air filter on the Fiat Tipo 1.4 16 valves, located in the engine compartment under the cover with the Fiat logo, first open the bonnet to access the engine bay. Once done, you will need a ratchet socket set with a size 7 socket to undo the 6 screws on top of the filter cover. Three screws are positioned above and are easily visible, while the other three screws are located underneath and will require you to feel around to find them. The screws are quite long, and to avoid hitting anything while undoing them, a small extension on the socket spanner is necessary. Undoing the screws will take some time as they are quite long. The entire operation will take a few minutes.
